What is the difference between Jacquard and Rapier sarees?

Jacquard sarees are woven on Jacquard looms, which create intricate woven patterns directly into the fabric. The patterns are not printed or embroidered — they are part of the weave itself, giving the saree depth, texture, and durability.

Rapier sarees are woven on Rapier looms, which use a mechanical arm to pass the weft yarn through the warp threads. Rapier weaving is known for its precision and consistency, producing sarees with uniform quality across large production runs.

What fabric is best for summer?

For summer, we recommend lightweight fabrics like:

Yes. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our servers.
How do I place an order?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders.
How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Major cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Do you ship to my location?
We ship to all addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the courier partner's website.
What if my order is delayed?

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@kssethnics.com or +91-87588 67691. We will check the status of your order and provide an update.

What if I am not home when the order is delivered?
The courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Please contact us to arrange for redelivery or pickup from the nearest courier office.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Delivery depends on the courier partner's schedule. Most courier partners do not deliver on Sundays and major holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We offer 7-day easy returns. If you are not satisfied with your saree, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.

How do I return a saree?

To return a saree:

  2. We will provide return instructions
  3. Pack the saree securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the saree back to us (or we will arrange pickup)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange
Can I exchange a saree for a different one?

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you want to exchange your saree for a different one, contact us at contact@kssethnics.com or +91-87588 67691. We will help you with the exchange process.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to your preference (change of mind, colour preference, etc.), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
What if I receive a damaged or defective saree?

If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us immediately at contact@kssethnics.com or +91-87588 67691. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Our sarees are typically 44 to 48 inches in width, which is the standard saree width.

Our sarees are typically 5.5 to 6 meters in length, which is the standard saree length. Some sarees may vary slightly depending on the design and fabric.
Do you offer plus-size sarees?
Yes, our sarees are suitable for all body types. The standard saree length (5.5 to 6 meters) can be draped in various styles to suit different body types.
How do I measure for a saree?

Fabric Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my silk saree?

Silk sarees should be:

  • Dry-cleaned only
  • Stored in a cool, dry place

How do I wash a printed saree?
